The open-air terraza on the 2nd floor is ideal for gatherings. It contains an outdoor kitchen with marble
countertops, refrigerator, sink and large seating area with a dining table and chairs. Tile flooring, a finished
ceiling, basket-style hanging lights, ceiling fans and a black iron railing style add to its modern style. The terraza is accessible from the front yard via lighted outdoor stairs or from the interior of the house via a 2nd floor exterior door.
3rd floor sundeck
Enjoy sun, fresh air and amazing views while relaxing on our 3rd Floor sundeck. The sundeck is accessible from stairs located at the back of the terraza.
Cabana Bathroom
The entrance to our cabana bathroom is located outside the house near the bottom of the outdoor stairs. It features a sink, toilet and large shower, with floor-to-ceiling tile and a beautiful modern design.

Casa Palm Beach’s beautifully landscaped property is surrounded by a 4-meter concrete privacy wall with locking steel gates. From Calle Cucuve, you can enter the property through the steel pedestrian gate by using your key, placing a call on the video doorbell to ask someone inside to press the remote access button, or simply having someone inside use the interior handle to open the gate. For arrivals and departures, the automobile gate can open to allow vehicles to pull up next to the house. At night, the property is lit with beautiful exterior wall lighting.

Purified/Filtered Water
The island’s untreated tap water contains high concentrations of salt and may contain harmful bacteria. Casa Palm Beach has a state-of-the-art whole-house UV water purification system that kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria. In addition, the under-sink reverse-osmosis filtration system in the kitchen removes sediment to provide pure clean water for the icemaker and small kitchen faucet.
High-speed Internet
While most of the island struggles with extremely slow and unreliable wireline Internet service, Casa Palm Beach has highspeed Internet from Starlink with a strong WIFI signal.
Air Conditioning
Our main 32,000 BTU A/C unit can instantly lower the temperature in the main living area and keep you in comfort on the hottest days. In addition, each bedroom has a powerful dedicated split A/C unit. All A/C units have remote controls so you can set the temperature that is right for you.
TELEVISION/PREMIUM SOUND SYSTEM
If you’re interested in watching a movie or catching up on the latest news, our large-screen TV has cable and streaming options that provide access to hundreds of channels from around the world. When you’re ready to get the party started, pair your phone with our audio receiver to play your favorite music over 400 watt speakers installed in the living room, dining room and 2nd floor terraza.
COMPLiMENTARY beverages and BREAKFAST items
The kitchen will be stocked upon arrival one time with a complementary assortment of beverages and fresh breakfast items.
Lighting
Lighting is used throughout the property to complement design features, create a relaxed atmosphere and enhance safety. From illuminated stair treads to exterior accent lighting, Casa Palm Beach looks beautiful at night.
Security
Crime is very low in the Galapagos Islands. However, for your security, we have installed outdoor-only security cameras and, as mentioned above, the property is surrounded by a 4-meter concrete wall with locking steel gates. In addition, each bedroom has a keyed lock so you can lock your room while you are out enjoying the island.
Espresso/Spirits/Wine
Bottles of wine and liquor and espresso pods are maintained at the property for purchase by guests. Please contact the Property Manager to inquire about inventory and pricing.
Housekeeping/Maintenance
Casa Palm Beach’s friendly housekeeping and maintenance staff maintain the property in immaculate condition. Services include daily cleaning, changing of bed linens and towels, and emptying of trash.
Laundry
We do not provide laundry services for guests’ clothing/personal items; however, upon request, our Property Manager can arrange for guests to obtain turnkey service from a local professional laundry service.
Concierge
Our Property Manager can be reached via WhatsApp during normal hours (8 am – 8 pm) for normal requests or at any time in case of emergency to answer questions and/or provide assistance. Feel free to ask for help arranging transportation, booking tours and/or reserving a table at a restaurant. Also, the Property Manager can assist guests who want to have groceries delivered or want to hire a personal chef or catering service.

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the house. If guests wish to smoke, please ensure that smoking is OUTDOORS ONLY and care is taken to properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes.
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. All guests must be registered in advance of arrival.
Yes. Our whole-house UV-based sterilization system sterilizes all of the water supplied to the property. In addition, the water that is dispensed from the small tap at the kitchen sink and supplied to the refrigerator/freezer’s built-in icemaker is filtered for purity.
Our electrical outlets are Type A and B (standard for Ecuador, North America and Japan). If the plug on your device is designed for a different type of outlet, you will need to bring your own adapter in order to utilize our electrical outlets.
All bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper and hand-soap. In addition, the 6 bathrooms with showers are stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The 5 bathrooms that are inside bedrooms also contain hair dryers and moveable wall-mounted magnifying mirrors.
